GOLF IS GOURMET: A TASTE OF SEÑORA COCINA AT DIAMANTE
Image

Golf is Gourmet is more than a dinner, it's a table set with Mexican tradition. This year, Chef Juan Pablo Loza brings the spirit of Señora Cocina, Casa & Cantina, his restaurant in Los Cabos, to a private villa at Diamante.

Señora Cocina is a tribute to the women who taught us how to cook, share, and care. It celebrates Mexican home cooking with the convivial spirit of a cantina, a place where food connects, comforts, and tells stories. Originally from Xochimilco, Chef Loza reinterprets traditional recipes with a contemporary touch, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, ancestral techniques like fire, clay, and stone, and a deep respect for where every ingredient comes from.

As the chef puts it: "Mexican cuisine is a living story, rooted in tradition, shaped by global influences, and deeply connected to culture, memory, and community. It's not just food, it's a way of bringing people together."

At Golf is Gourmet, that means an evening to eat like a local, feel at home, and share the table with PGA Tour players in an intimate setting.

Tickets are $375 per person, available Tuesday and Thursday of tournament week. Space is limited, so reserve your seat today.
